We want you to be happy with your VAL Kids World purchase. This policy operates in addition to rights available under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible products, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale. Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Unless required by law, original shipping charges and return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or incorrect, contact valkidsworld@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos or video where appropriate.

Where a remedy is required by law, we will provide the appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
