Shipping Policy

VAL Kids World ships orders using selected fulfilment and delivery partners. Shipping availability, cost and estimated delivery time can vary by product and destination.

Order processing and fulfilment

Orders are sent to our fulfilment partners after payment is confirmed. Some products may be fulfilled from different locations, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one parcel.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate shown on the store or at checkout is an estimate only and may be affected by carrier capacity, customs processing, public holidays, weather, remote delivery locations or other events outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details are provided after dispatch. Tracking events may take time to appear after a parcel is first lodged with a carrier.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, taxes or import requirements depending on the destination. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. Contact valkidsworld@gmail.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.
